There is unquestionable value to games and play in learning. Educational games are inherently user-centered. Jackpot! They are motivating and provide a means of teaching concepts and skills that might otherwise be viewed by learners as boring. Games can also result in deeper, more meaningful learning.
This is a game I designed, tested, and adjusted for young English language learners that connects sensory play to skill development.
